    Discover the culinary world of our restaurant chef Stéphane Modat! Let Stéphane prepare you a 5 course meal inspired from his favorite dishes or those still being created.
    5-course menu : $99CAD per person (tax and service not included).

  • Afternoon tea

    The ideal afternoon break!
    Saturday from 2:00p.m. to 3:30p.m., the Champlain offers a selection of Camelia Sinensis teas and the gourmet tower with its open sandwiches, scones,
    and the table with pastries and sweets.


  • Canoe race brunch

    Discover our famous brunch with a Carnival twist while staying warm and cozy at the Champlain restaurant! Many items from the Carnival’s history will be showcased for the occasion.

    Follow the races on screens during your meal or enjoy our lounge in the Place d'Armes room where the races will be shown all day! Take part in the canoe race festivities on the Dufferin Terrace, where there will be many activities, before or after your brunch.

    Saturday, February 4th 2018. Two services available, 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.


    $59.95 per adult, $30 for children aged 6 to 12, free for children 5 years and under (plus taxes and service).

  • The Duchesses' tea

    The relationship between the Carnival’s duchesses and Fairmont Le Château Frontenac is nothing new! As part of its 125th anniversary celebrations, the Château has, once again, the pleasure of welcoming the proud ambassadresses of the Carnival for its lovely afternoon tea.

    Why not take this unique opportunity to meet these ambitious, creative and passionate young women, who know just how to celebrate the joys of winter while acting as the voice of the social causes that they chose to encourage during their campaign with the Carnival.

    To please little ones and grown-ups, the Champlain offers a gourmet tower of savory bites and scones, as well as a sumptuous dessert table by our pastry chef Joël, accompanied with a fabulous selection of teas and herbal infusions.

    February 2nd starting at 2 p.m.
