Wake up your inner sommelier! On Thursday, April 13, the Champlain restaurant unveils the world of biodynamics and the volcanic soils in the South of France.
The evening will be hosted by John Szabo MS, the first Canadian to be awarded the title of master sommelier, and Nicolas Galy, Ambassador for Gérard Bertrand wines.
For the occasion, the Chef of the Champlain restaurant, Stéphane Modat, created a new menu to highlight the wines of the French winery.
